Types of points you earn
Members accumulate points across four distinct performance parameters:
Volume Points
Earned on the cement volume purchased — credited monthly.
Growth Points
Reward for growth over prior periods — credited quarterly.
RTGS Points
For timely payments — credited quarterly.
Branding Points
For branding and visibility support — credited half-yearly.
Programme Membership Tiers
Members are classified into four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — based on total volume and product mix over the trailing quarter. Higher tiers earn at accelerated rates. Tier evaluations (upgrades and reviews) take place every quarter based on past quarterly offtake.
Rewards & Redemption
Points can be redeemed anytime against our exclusive online rewards catalogue. A detailed monthly Point Statement on the portal tracks your tier status and balance, alongside automated SMS notifications. Redeemed items are delivered directly to your registered dealership address (typically within 35–40 days).
